These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and yk44 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the yk44 website located at https://yk44.bet, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and customer support features available thereon (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm unconditionally that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

yk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will publish a notice on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gambling law. yk44 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet.

All references to monetary amounts on the Platform are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) or Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Western Arabic numerals are used throughout. The Platform does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

To place bets or access real-money games on yk44, you must register a personal account. Registration is free, open to natural persons only, and subject to the following mandatory conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. yk44 strictly prohibits minors from accessing the Platform. Age verification documentation may be requested at any point.

Any activity that occurs under your username and password is deemed to have been carried out by you personally. yk44 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, provided that any genuine player funds held in that account are returned after reasonable verification checks are completed.

All transactions are processed in BDT or INR. yk44 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of yk44.

Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary depending on your account verification status and payment method.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account balance depending on network conditions.

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank. yk44 targets a withdrawal approval time of under 2 hours for fully verified accounts.

All transactions on yk44 are conducted in BDT or INR as selected in your account settings. yk44 is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider when transacting in a currency other than your account's base currency.

yk44 reserves the right to request additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on your part. Providing accurate documentation promptly will ensure the fastest possible processing time.

From time to time, yk44 offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence for the subject matter of that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of an offer, the following general bonus conditions apply to all yk44 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to fully verified account holders only. yk44 reserves the right to withhold bonus activation until KYC verification is complete.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn, unless a different multiplier is specified in the promotion's terms. All bets placed on yk44 are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Bet placement: A bet is confirmed only when yk44's system has accepted it and a confirmation message has been displayed, along with a unique bet reference number. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid. Network errors, browser failures, or power outages on the player's side do not obligate yk44 to honour an unconfirmed bet.

Odds: All odds displayed on yk44 are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. yk44 offers decimal odds as the default format. Players may change their preferred odds format within account settings.

• yk44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical error or human input error. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.
• In-play (live) betting markets are settled based on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body (for example, the ICC for international cricket, or the relevant tournament organiser for esports events).
• For cricket, if an event is abandoned, suspended, or reduced in overs, settlement will follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable, or bets will be voided and stakes returned if no official result is declared.
• For esports events, if a match is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of the original start time, or a team withdraws, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per event apply. Current limits are displayed in the Platform's cashier and betting help sections and may vary by sport and market type.

yk44 processes bet settlement as promptly as possible following the conclusion of an event. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the result recorded by the official governing body of the sport or event shall be the definitive reference. yk44's decision on all settlement matters is final, subject to its formal dispute resolution procedure outlined in the FAQ section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yk44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following actions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of all account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or using any deceptive means to access or exploit the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds. yk44 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in investigating suspected money laundering.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or participating in any arrangement to fix the result of an event for the purpose of obtaining a betting advantage.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or conduct transactions on the Platform without the express written consent of yk44.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one yk44 account simultaneously or consecutively, regardless of the name or payment method used for each account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit. Any account from which a chargeback is initiated will be suspended pending investigation.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino games or poker rooms to gain an unfair advantage at the expense of other players or of yk44.

Either the player or yk44 may close a player account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Player-initiated closure: You may request closure of your yk44 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed. Any remaining account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Accounts with balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold at the time of closure will be settled at yk44's discretion.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for information on self-exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion is processed immediately. During a self-exclusion period, yk44 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent you from opening a new account on the Platform.

Company-initiated suspension: yk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account with immediate effect in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Initiation of a payment chargeback or dispute.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach under investigation, yk44 will complete its investigation within 30 days and either restore the account or notify the player of a permanent closure decision, along with any available appeal mechanism.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yk44 shall not be liable to any player or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures, even if yk44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

yk44's total aggregate liability to any player for any direct damages arising from a specific claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding bonus funds.

yk44 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable measures to maintain continuous availability, yk44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability.

• yk44 is not responsible for any telecommunications failures, internet outages, or device failures on the player's side that result in a lost connection during a live game or in-play betting event.
• yk44 is not responsible for the content, availability, or security of any third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) used to facilitate deposits and withdrawals.
• yk44 is not responsible for any tax liability arising from gambling winnings in any jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your local tax obligations.
• Game outcomes on yk44 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or by live events in the real world. yk44 is not liable for any losses arising from unfavourable game outcomes that are the result of fair, random processes.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude yk44's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where such rights are mandatorily applicable.
